Here’s what you’ll do:
- Organize and process financial transactions – Organize and process financial transactions by generating reports, accessing bank transactions, and updating data in financial workbooks.
- Prepare month-end reports – Reconcile financial transactions, comparing budget and expense spending for monthly reporting.
- Maintain financial systems – Financial organization using company-wide reporting systems.
- Manage account reconciliation – Assist in tracking financial balance information for various accounts.
- Assist wit clerical and administrative tasks – This includes compiling monthly reporting requirements for various clients within the regional portfolio.
- An Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong accounting, financial reporting, and data management skills.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization.
- Experience supporting accounting activities in a high volume, point of sales, geographically distributed business environment (e.g., retail).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A team player able to collaborate with our on-site operations teams.
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in accounting.
